I recently dropped in for a week of workouts. Kelly and the rest of the CFA coaches were absolutely incredible. Their programming was strong, facilities had ever piece of CF equipment you could think of, and membership was extremely welcoming. I have been doing crossfit for 11 years and cannot recommend this gym enough. Thank you Kelly and CFA community, I hope to see you again soon!

CFA has been a life changer for me. The programed workouts are always explained and coached with superb knowledge and skill and I get individual coaching every workout. I have made great friends and learned new skills and gained muscle and stamina and grit. I joined at age 51 and plan to stay for a lifetime of longevity and health.

What a great gym!!! I was visiting Albemarle for work and was looking for a place to torture myself. I found it and then some. Scott is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Had a blast. Definitely would go here again if I’m ever in town.
