I joined CrossFit Albemarle after watching Josh Bridges hit a snatch PR not once, but TWICE at the regionals in 2016. I knew there was something to it that I’d been missing in my training. I wasn’t wrong. Beyond the effort that goes into CrossFit, there’s an education that gets indoctrinated in you. An evolution in how you feel, and what you think. “drinking the kool-aid” if you will. Education is what keeps me coming back. I love helping athletes hit personal bests. Community is key, and developing skills and fortitude that transfers outside the gym.
